Styles, Schedule & Bookings:

I’ve read that Yoga comes to our lives when we are ready. That happened to me, came and brought all blessings and stayed.

Yoga trains the body, calms the mind, teaches how to breathe to increase airflow, supports the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, which gives more energy for better functioning. Next to uncountable physical and health benefits, it teaches how to be disciplined and focused, but also kind and loving towards one’s Self. As a result, we become more balanced and aware. From there, the healing and growth process starts. WHO recommends yoga as a powerful tool for individuals, communities and countries to improve not only physical but also mental health.

The styles I teach:

Hatha Yoga – A balanced practice blending strength, stability, and vitality. Postures are held mindfully, allowing the body and breath to integrate each movement. This class builds both physical strength and inner focus, offering a grounded yet empowering experience — ideal for beginners and anyone seeking a steady, mindful practice.

Hatha Flow – A flowing practice that bridges stillness and movement, with breath guiding every transition.
Sequences encourage strength, flexibility, and presence, while maintaining a calm, centred rhythm.
Perfect for those who want a dynamic yet grounded practice, blending energy and awareness.

Hatha Flow / Vinyasa – Rooted in Vinyasa Krama A mindful, dynamic flow where each movement is purposeful and breath-led. Sequences follow an intelligent progression inspired by the classical Vinyasa Krama tradition, integrating strength, balance, and meditative presence.Designed for more experienced practitioners, this class cultivates vitality, clarity, and inner focus through deliberate, thoughtful sequencing.

Restorative Yoga – A deeply calming practice designed to release tension, restore energy, and support nervous system balance. Postures are supported with props and held for several minutes, allowing the body and mind to relax and integrate fully. Ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, recovery, or gentle self-care.

Yin Yang Yoga – A balanced practice combining strength and calm. Active Hatha postures build vitality, stability, and focus, while restorative poses release tension and promote deep relaxation. Perfect for people who want to experience both movement and stillness in one mindful practice.
