An authentic approach, based on life experience and comprehensive studies.
The scope of my practice  encompasses:

– understanding the Sensory Processing Sensitivity and functioning as an HSP

– recognizing and integrating Parts (typical for HSP are Critic, People Pleaser, Perfectionist, Overachiver etc), which often held us in unhealthy behavioral patterns – based on the Internal Family System Model

– re-connecting with true, authentic SELF

– understanding the importance of Self-compassion and Self-love. Learning nurturing, self-caring, and -loving practices

-identifying and reviewing limiting beliefs, breaking them down and planting new, empowering ones

– navigating through life challenges. Working on unhealthy and overloaded work habits, stress, overwhelm, to minimize risk of burnout (or help in healing)

– relaxing and soothing tools and Nervous System regulation techniques like breathing exercises, meditation tools, elements of Yoga.

Sessions are held online via video-calls and last 60 min with possibility of extension and adding relaxation or Yoga elements.
