That happened to me, came and brought all blessings and stayed.<\/p><p>Yoga trains the body, calms the mind, teaches how to breathe to increase airflow, supports the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, which gives more energy for better functioning. Next to uncountable physical and health benefits, it teaches how to be disciplined and focused, but also kind and loving towards one\u2019s Self. As a result, we become more balanced and aware. From there, the healing and growth process starts. WHO recommends yoga as a <em>powerful tool for individuals, communities and countries to improve not only physical but also mental health<\/em>.<\/p><p>The styles I teach:<\/p><p data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"496\"><em><strong data-start=\"454\" data-end=\"494\">Hatha Yoga \u2013\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>A balanced practice blending strength, stability, and vitality. Postures are held mindfully, allowing the body and breath to integrate each movement.
