I am Magdalena, a Highly Sensitive Person.
I am also a Certified Coach for Highly Sensitive People and a Yoga Teacher.
I combine a transpersonal approach and holistic perspective, integrating body, mind, and soul with coaching, Yoga, and relaxation techniques, to help you reconnect with the wisdom of your mind, body, and Self so you can find empowerment and serenity.
The body, the mind, and the Self have wisdom, which we often become detached from. Reuniting with that power is a path to a harmonious, empowered life, and I can help you in attaining that.
I’m an HSP with heightened sensory processing sensitivity – more reactive and responsive nervous system. I was defined as weak and labelled with many “too’s” (too fragile, emotional, dramatic, etc). I am an expat, and a millennial whose life was impacted by technological evolution and global crises. I am a PTSD, breakdowns, and burnout survivor. I attended intense treatment and at the same time, Yoga appeared in my life. I felt 2 things were happening in parallel: cleaning the past and filling the space that appeared with Yoga. I understood that we cannot heal the body without treating the mind, same as we won’t heal the mind without taking care of the body. It is all connected, and all we need is there – inside: wisdom, confidence, love, acceptance, peace, and strength. We just became disconnected from it, as the world made us.I’ve always felt a strong vocation to help people. I realized that I want to dedicate my life to it. In the Yoga dictionary, it is called Dharma. So I studied to become an HSP coach and a Yoga teacher. I do this, because I believe that many diseases, burnouts and breakdowns can be avoided if we learn how listen to the wisdom of our body, mind and Self and connect with the inner wisdom. I’ve created this place to help and empower people like me. I’d love to assist you on your journey to tapping into blissfulness and serenity!

My Practice
1:1 HSP Coaching and mentoring
My work combines a Transpersonal and Integrative coaching model with Co-Active coaching elements, is oriented toward the Polyvagal Theory and the Internal Family System model, implementing its tools, and is trauma-informed.The goal is to help You to immerse in your full potential as a Highly Sensitive Person. We will work on empowering You as an HSP and welcoming serenity in your life.
Classic Yoga and Restorative Yoga
I describe my Yoga offering as Self - Love Yoga, because I believe that trough Yoga we can truly feel the body, learn how to listen to it, love it and understand more about ourselves. We start listening more and realizing what is harmful, what we don’t need, what are limits and strengths.
I offer classes for beginners, Hatha Yoga, Hatha Slow Flow and Restorative Yoga.
Burn Out Prevention - coaching & Yoga
We live in a world, where technology has overtaken human evolution. Nervous systems are not prepared to process quickly extreme input of stimulus and information, so our batteries become empty faster than ever. This is even more challenging for HSPs as we perceive, feel and process more intensively. We need more time to recharge, what it's not always welcome in our personal and professional environment.
Yoga and offering for companies
Would you like to contribute to the well-being of your employees? Provide them with balancing Yoga classes at the workplace (or online) for the calm beginning of the working day or relaxing moments during lunch breaks. It took me years to acknowledge my sensitivity and embrace it in my life. Years of not understanding myself, not fitting in, feeling different, learning by mistakes, breaking down, researching, healing wounds, and eventually professional studying.
I needed to rebuilt my life from scratch, but this time around my Sensitivity and according to my SELF. So now I can share all this with you and empower you on your journey!
Knowledge
I'm a former trainer (L&D). I used to teach adults in corporate settings for several years. That work gave me incredible knowledge about working, connecting, and interacting with people on many levels.
Years later, after I've embodied my professional and personal experience into deepened education, to support you in the best manner and with the highest quality. I accomplished professional coaching training for HSP accreditated by IACTM at Highly Sensitive Humans Academy which I’m affiliated with. Next to it, I followed Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals Training at CoActive Training Institute, accredited by ICF. I accomplished 200H of Yoga Teacher Training at House of Om and 75H of Restorative Yoga Teacher Training at Arhanta Yoga Academy.
I constantly deepen my knowledge by participating in trainings and webinars like the Internal Family System Model courses, Sensory Processing Sensitivity, burnouts, and Yoga. I am in the process of obtaining ICF and IACTM accreditation.
Authenticity
I advocate for authenticity and transparency in experiencing both falling and healing, studying and improving to cultivate a more balanced and blissful life.
I share my own experiences, the tools I've learnt and practised on myself, and my professional knowledge to empower you as a serene and flourishing Highly Sensitive Person.
