I’m Magdalena, a Highly Sensitive Person, Yoga Teacher, and Certified Coach for HSP.

I believe that the body, mind, and Self hold deep inner wisdom. Reconnecting with that wisdom brings balance, calm, and empowerment.

This is the journey I guide you on – back home to yourself.

I’m a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) with heightened sensory processing – a nervous system that is more responsive and attuned. Growing up, I was often labelled “too fragile,” “too emotional,” or “too dramatic.” I am an expat and a millennial, shaped by technological evolution and global crises.

I am a survivor of PTSD, breakdowns, and burnout. During intense treatments, Yoga appeared in my life. I experienced two things in parallel: clearing the past and filling the emerging space with Yoga. I realised that we cannot fully heal the body without caring for the mind, and vice versa. Everything we need – wisdom, confidence, love, acceptance, peace, and strength – is already within us; we just need to reconnect with it.

I’ve always felt a strong vocation to help others. I realised I want to dedicate my life to this purpose – in Yoga, this is called Dharma. I trained as an HSP coach and Yoga teacher because I believe that many diseases, burnouts, and breakdowns can be prevented when we learn to listen to the wisdom of our body, mind, and Self.

I created this space to empower people like me. I would love to assist you on your journey toward calm, balance, inner empowerment and serenity.

My work combines a Transpersonal and Integrative coaching model with Co-Active coaching elements, is oriented toward the Polyvagal Theory and the Internal Family System model, implementing its tools, and is trauma-informed.The goal is to help You to immerse in your full potential as a Highly Sensitive Person. We will work on empowering You as an HSP and welcoming serenity in your life.

Self-Love Yoga for Every Body


Yoga with me is about reconnecting with yourself — through mindful movement, breath, and stillness. Each practice invites you to listen to your body with kindness, discover your limits and strengths, and cultivate self-awareness. Find balance, calm, and empowerment through breath-led, mindful yoga. I offer Hatha, Hatha Flow / Vinyasa (rooted in Vinyasa Krama), Restorative, and Yin Yang Yoga.

Burn Out Prevention - coaching & Yoga

We live in a world, where technology has overtaken human evolution. Nervous systems are not prepared to process quickly extreme input of stimulus and information, so our batteries become empty faster than ever. This is even more challenging for HSPs as we perceive, feel and process more intensively. We need more time to recharge, what it's not always welcome in our personal and professional environment.

I bring mindful, effective yoga and nervous-system workshops into your workplace — at-site in the Netherlands or online — tailored for desk-bound professionals. Experience

I’m just like you! I face the same challenges and struggles. I know what it’s like to be a Highly Sensitive Person in today’s fast-paced world, in corporate settings, with demanding expectations, and constantly overloaded by external stimuli. I truly get you.
It took me years to acknowledge my sensitivity and embrace it fully. Years of not understanding myself, feeling different, learning through mistakes, breaking down, researching, and healing old wounds - and eventually, professional training.
I had to rebuild my life from scratch, but this time guided by my sensitivity and my true Self. Now, I can share all I’ve learned and empower you on your own journey.

Knowledge

I’m a former corporate trainer (L&D) and taught adults in professional settings for several years. That experience gave me deep insight into how people work, connect, and interact on many levels.
Over time, I combined my professional experience with personal growth and advanced education to support you with the highest quality guidance. I completed HSP coaching training accredited by IACTM at Highly Sensitive Humans Academy, and Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals at CoActive Training Institute, accredited by ICF. I also completed 200H Yoga Teacher Training at House of Om and 75H Restorative Yoga Teacher Training at Arhanta Yoga Academy.
I continue to deepen my knowledge through trainings and webinars on topics like the Internal Family System Model, Sensory Processing Sensitivity, burnout, and Yoga. I am currently in the process of obtaining ICF and IACTM accreditation to further enhance my coaching credentials.
