I am Magdalena. I am a highly sensitive woman, an expat living in a different country and a millennial whose life has been affected by technological evolution and global crises. I am a PTSD, breakdown and burnout survivor. I am a certified HSP coach (affiliated with the Highly Sensitive Human Academy), a Yoga teacher and a forever student. I stand for an authentic experience of falling and healing, studying and improving to build a balanced and blissful life.
My own recovery and study brought me to the deep belief that the body, mind and Self have wisdom that we often disconnect from in the course of life. Reuniting with that power is a path to a harmonious, powerful life.
So I made my goal to help highly sensitive women reconnect with that power by integrating a Transpersonal approach, focusing equally on body, mind, and soul, with various coaching modalities and Yoga with its relaxation techniques. My practice is oriented toward the Polyvagal Theory and the Internal Family System model, implementing its tools, and is trauma-informed.
